Michigan Bridge Ministry is a Christian organization dedicated to supporting missionaries and the projects with which they are involved. Our Goal is to do what we can to help unify the body of Christ in all parts of the world. Our mission partners are both overseas and domestic.
It is our desire to be able to bridge the gaps of distance, language, culture, and doctrine by supporting disciples who spread the Word of God and share the Love of Jesus Christ around the world.

Working With Children in Crisis
|

I am so excited to report that the CCTI
Conference was an incredible success. Thanks to God all details were solved,
there were no major electronic, video or sound malfunctions, everyone arrived
safely, and the final evaluations told us that the participants were left
wanting more. There were 68 registered participants! The attendees were
Christian and secular, Professors, students, Foster family parents, directors
of state ran orphanages, missionaries, and people of all sorts who work with
children in crisis.
We had a full week while the women from
CCTI were here. We went to the baby hospital for infant orphans, an orphanage
for children ages 8-17, a visit to the soup kitchen at Pastor Brugosh's church,
and a special invitation to the University. We believe that God has opened the
door for this material to be used in some way in the University curriculum.
Please pray for this possibility as we proceed.
I want to send a special thanks to
Rosemary Sabatino and Marybeth Young
who were our presenters. Special thanks to my wife for her hard work with the
translations. Thanks to Tania Machabelli and the staff at Nehemiah House for
the incredible lodging and food. Thanks to Zita Bathori-Tarsi and the Uzhgorod
National University Social Work Department. Big thanks especially to Dr. Phyllis Kilbourn who has helped to develop this material and has made working with children in crisis her life's work, all to the glory of God.

Soup Kitchen in Roma Camp!!! |
Thanks to God, a traveling soup
kitchen has started to visit Radvanka where Pastor Brugosh has his church.
Pastor Josef Yesenov has partnered
with Pastor Brugosh and they are now serving over 40 people each Wednesday at
the church. It is a wonderful chance to get people in to hear the gospel, pray together,
get fed, and also take reading and writing classes! In the three weeks that I
have been going, I have witnessed 12 new people come forward to ask Jesus to
forgive them and to come into their lives.
Radvanka church is a light in this community and the
truth of the gospel is spreading throughout this area. Lives are being changed,
people are being set free from drugs and alcohol, and souls are being won for
the Lord! These are very exciting times! Amen. Thanks to you who help us send Pastor Brugosh to Hungary for a huge Roma conference organized by Church of God Hungarian Bishop Csaba Tenkley. It was an amazing time for pastor to connect with other Roma pastors and create new contacts for the church.
